A melted product is not a bad product...I promise. The quality and healing properties of our products are not affected by melting.Whipping adds tiny air bubbles (just like whipping cream) that increase the size, lightens the density and changes the texture, making the butter light, white and fluffy. If a whipped product melts, the air bubbles are collapsed, so the volume is decreased. So although the jar was filled to the top, if the butter melts, there will be less volume in the container. The container may actually look half full and the color may change to a dark oil colour.Leave your product at room temperature for a couple hours or pop it in the fridge or freezer for a bit and it'll go back to solid. It may look a little different but it will still be the same super nourishing balm. It will still go on easily, sink in quickly and leave your skin feeling and smelling amazing. Overall, during the spring and summer seasons, we highly suggest for you to order our whipped Organic Body Butter to be delivered to an address where items will NOT sit in the heat for long periods of time. Unfortunately, we CANNOT accept full refunds or returns and we DO NOT apply refunds for products left over night, or outside to melt.
