RESERVATION POLICIES:
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation, deposit, or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.
Late Arrival:
All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for individual services; 7 day notice is required to reschedule on ALL GROUP PARTIES!!
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any deposits or spa services purchased. We will, however, exchange them for spa credit of equal value if cancelled in the proper time as stated above.

Any cancellations with less than 72 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and therapist is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our therapist will be functioning in an “on call” status and can have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our therapist for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue. This policy allows us to retain great therapists..

Please email us at least 30 days before your next to payment to cancel any service.

Special Discount on Life Coach Sessions
Members are required, per the Membership Agreement, to notify the Selfe Steam Nola in writing of any change in account information on file prior to the next electronic-funds-transfer (EFT) date. Payment Authorization forms are available at your Selfe Steam Nola location or online. Members are also required to notify Selfe Steam Nola in writing, of any change of address.
You will have the entire length of your membership to use services as long as the account is not frozen and in good standing. All accumulated services expire 60 days after Monthly Membership has been cancelled and 30 days after Prepaid Membership.
Selfe Steam Nola Spa memberships are non-transferable, non- cancelable, (once purchase no matter the time frame) and non-refundable.
Membership offerings are auto-renewable. At the end of the initial term of membership, your monthly dues will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless elected otherwise on the Membership Agreement.
Selfe Steam Nola Spa reserves the right to change Spa rules and regulations and pricing at any time.
As a client, you agree to follow the Selfe Steam Nola rules and regulations and Selfe Steam Nola Spa retains the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason.
MEMBERSHIP FREEZE OPTION
In order to freeze a membership, a Selfe Steam Nola Freeze Request Form must be submitted. Forms can be found at your Selfe Steam Nola location.
A minimum of one payment must have been made before a membership is eligible to be frozen.
Selfe Steam Nola monthly membership may be frozen for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months.
Memberships can only be frozen 2 times in a 12-month period for a maximum of 3 months at a time.
Membership must be unfrozen a minimum of 30 days before it can be frozen again.
Your membership expiration date will be extended by the amount of time your membership was frozen.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:
Any items purchased online, in-store, or at pop-up shops are non-returnable & non-refundable.
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 7 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash or credit refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available here at Selfe Steam Nola’s Studio
CHECK-IN:
We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. Of course beyond the check in policies we invite all our guest receiving services to make full use of our relaxing environment here at Selfe Steam Nola’s Studio. Come early, stay late, bring a book, relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary tea available in our relaxation area. Couples and spa parties are more than welcome to bring wine.
GRATUITY:
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash or with card payment.
Prices & Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. Although we offer planned spa packages for your convenience, you are welcome to combine any of our spa services for a custom package that meets your needs.
HEALTH CONDITIONS:
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services.

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home or keep them with you at all times. Selfe Steam Nola’s Studio is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
CELL PHONES:
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones on silent upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.
